Fuel Purchases

Receive a minimum discount of 5-10 cents per gallon. Members opening a new account will receive a $100.00 credit on their first invoice. Pay no transaction or usage fees commonly associated with company issued fuel cards. Detailed monthly statements report total purchases and your average fuel mileage. Quarles will email or text daily pricing alerts directly to your cell phone!

GPS Tracking

Members can monitor a truck's location, speed, idle time, and state mileage. This program provided easy IFTA reporting and may qualify you for an insurance discount to to the on-board theft deterrent system. Monthly charges can be invoiced on the your fuel bill for convenience. Members that enroll with GPS will receive an additional discount on fuel purchases.

Member Pricing

GPS units are $299 or $279 with purchase of 5 or more.
Standard service per unit $19.95 or $23.95 with IFTA.
Bundle Package is $33.95 per month of $37.95 with IFTA.
Bundle Package includes GPS unit price.
After 3 years, price drops to standard service pricing.
IFTA service reports mileage to IFTA for you.
